Update on Eden AI’s Product Offering - June 2025

We’ve made some updates to how we organize and maintain features on Eden AI. Here’s what’s new and what stays the same:

✅ Unified AI API + Custom Chatbot (RAG): Still available for everyone

Our Unified AI API and Custom Chatbot (RAG - Retrieval-Augmented Generation) capabilities remain:

• Self-service / accessible to everyone
• Fully maintained
• Pay-as-you-go pricing

No changes here: you can continue to use our API to access multiple AI models for various tasks, all under one roof.

⛓️​ Workflows & Prompt Management: Now limited access

We’ve moved Workflows and Prompt Management under our custom AI API offer. These tools are still available for existing users who were already using them. However, the public version is no longer actively maintained, so:

• You might encounter minor bugs
• We recommend upgrading to our advanced plan (Custom AI API) for full support and maintenance

This allows us to ensure the proper use of these features by supporting each client whose needs can be addressed through them.

🛠️​ Custom AI API: Our new offering

You can now build and deploy your custom AI product as an API using Eden AI. We take your idea and turn it into a production-ready API: fully hosted, documented, and usable in your stack.

What’s included:

🔧 Technical design – You share your use case, and we define the steps and AI components together (LLMs, OCR, speech-to-text, etc.).

🧩 Smart orchestration – We build a solid workflow by combining the right models, processing logic, business rules, and custom prompts.

🖥️ Dedicated API deployment – You get a unique API endpoint, full documentation, and a tailored interface ready to use in your stack.

🔒 Hosting & maintenance – Eden AI handles infrastructure, scalability, cost monitoring, and updates—so you don’t have to.

Pricing:

We charge per use case, based on the complexity and the client’s specific requirements. Our model is commitment-free: clients can stop using the API anytime it no longer fits their needs.

Pricing is designed to be more cost-effective than custom development and long-term maintenance. We're happy with the positive feedback from early clients, some of whom have shared testimonials.
